- sort according to some column,
- delete, replace a/some line(s)
- update some column item
The gui tool should be callable form within a script (FROM , TO , operations to perrform )
It will open the file in a listview and present appropriate gui gadgets manipulate thefile then save the result as wanted (elsewhere)
The gui will closely follow the ReqList.c approacht doing the same for one column files
