 And maybe if file doesn't have $EXTVERSION string just output 'no $EXTVERSION found' or something alike.

 How exactly does this "polished" and AmigaOS-look looks like? I thought AutoDocs looks like AmigaOS.
 Or perhaps you mean like, more like the help docs for commands look like?
